Ballistic unveils super protective iPad Mini cases

Despite that the iPad Mini was shown to be more durable in a number of drop tests but you still need to protect it with a case to ensure it’s sparklingly clean from scratches and dirt. Ballistic, the company that’s known for their rugged and super protective cases, has announced tow new iPad Mini cases – Ballistic Tough Jacket - and Ballistic Lifestyle.

The Touch Jacket (pictured above) is a compilation of inner silicone to absorb shock, impact resistant hard plastic, and an additional shock absorbent polymer layer. It’s also equipped with Ballistic corners which offer military grade of protection to the most sensitive part of the iPad Mini. It’s got the “lay on table” feature which ensures the iPad Mini’s touchscreen will never touch the surface when laid flat. You can the optional screen cover which is equipped with a kickstand best for giving you an optimal angle of viewing video on your desk.

The Ballistic Lifestyle wraps the iPad Mini in snug fashion without adding significant bulk to your iPad Mini. a snug fashion, without adding any significant bulk to Apple’s slim tablet design. This specific “snug fit” feature ensures that while grasping the tablet tightly, it is still incredibly easy to remove given the accordion-like exterior. It offers 16 interchangeable corner bumpers (four for each colors) which let you mix and match the colors to spice up your iPad Mini. The corner bumpers also offer best protection for the most sensitive parts of your iPad Mini.
Both the Ballistic Touch Jacket and the Ballistic Lifestyle case will be available in November on GoBallisticCase.com at a price of $60 and $40 respectively.
