HTC One S comes to India with launch price of Rs 33,590

Running on Android’s latest OS, has a dual core processor, an 8.0 megapixel camera and good multimedia features – One S seems to be a promising device from HTC.
HTC introduced another member of its One series – the HTC One S for the Indian consumers today. This handset is sleek in design, has high resolution 4.3 inch display and is powered by a dual core processor. Based on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the device has Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with HTC Sense UI version 4.0.
“In continuation to the introduction of One series in India, this is a time to bring a highly desirable lifestyle handset for everyone who want to achieve a unique artistic bling and advanced technology” said Faisal Siddiqui, Country Manager, HTC India.
HTC One S is truly a complete package of style and performance. It is an easy-to-use smartphone that enriches customer experience with super fast camera with unique ImageSense technology and authentic, studio-quality sound with Beats Audio,” he added further.
The device comes in ultra-chic Gradient Metal enclosure, which feels soft to touch and at the same time is scratch-resistant.
HTC One S is equipped with 8.0 megapixel camera and as company claims, the device delivers super-fast instant image capture and excellent picture quality through its unique ImageSense technology. Like the previous model the One X, this handset too features continuous shooting mode and at the same time record as well as take still shots.
On the multimedia front, the phone integrates Beats Audio for high quality music experience. The phone also comes with 25 GB free Dropbox space to ensure your precious photos, music and files are never lost. Another interesting feature in the device is that it can wirelessly link up to a car’s sound system with HTC Car StereoClip, allowing user to take advantage of the phone’s integrated mapping and navigation services.
The HTC One S will be available at an MOP (Best Buy) of Rs. 33,590 in the Indian market.
Prior to One S, HTC launched two other handsets in its One series- HTC One X and One V too for Rs. 33,999 and Rs. 18,299 respectively.
