The latest Android update is being only given to HTC One S handsets in Europe
HTC has finally rolled out Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for its HTC One S handsets. However, the Taiwanese handset vendor, HTC is only giving the update to the device in Europe and users with carrier branded devices will have to wait a bit more.
Users can update the HTC one S through an over the air download or even by connecting it to PC. The 612 MB update was originally scheduled for October release but is being given out now only. HTC has been a late supplier of OS updates, if compared to other handset vendors. The Jelly Bean update will bring some new features like resizable widgets, improved voice search and the Google Now personal assistant.
While, the Asian countries including India are not in the radar now for the HTC One S’s Jelly Bean update.
