Samsung includes new iPad, iPad mini and iPod in Apple lawsuit

AppleThe legal war between the top notch tech players does not seem to end, and rather seems to be  intensifying.  While HTC and Apple have reportedly settled their differences, Samsung seems to be in no mood to do so.  After Judge Paul Grewal’s recent approval of Samsung’s request to see a copy of HTC and Apple’s recent settlement agreement, now (as per Engadget’s report), Samsung has asked the Judge to amend its patent infringement allegations against Apple. Samsung wants that the infringement allegations should now include Apple’s latest 4th and 5th generation iPad and iPod Touch. They also want the 7.9-inch iPad mini to be included in this.
The war started with Apple’s patent violation allegations on Samsung. While Apple won the case against Samsung in the US and tasted defeat in other countries, the latter took the call back to Apple by filing its own charge sheet against Apple.  Now that the process of allegations continues to intensify, all that remains to be seen is who will be accused of what next.
